Breathwork is so much more than just breathing, it’s a powerful practice that uses conscious guided breathing techniques to calm the mind, reset the nervous system and unlock your body’s natural ability to heal and reconnect with the deepest part of yourself.

For me personally using conscious connected breathwork has helped me release past traumas from my body I didn't even know existed but it's also helped me process grief after my mum's death which weighed very heavily on me and kept me stuck and unable to move forward.

What I love about breathwork is it provides an opportunity for emotional and energetic blockages to surface and be released, bringing to light and healing past traumas so you can get unstuck and move forward.

So as you can see breath is medicine, a powerful tool for healing and transformation and it allows us to experience all parts of our being.
