WHAT HAPPENS IN A HYPNOSIS SESSION?

 

Sessions are typically 90 minutes in length, are online via zoom or in person and are personalised to your unique goals. Half of the session is discussion and half is spent in hypnosis. At the completion of your session, you will be sent your personalised hypnosis recording to listen to on your own. We will explore and uncover subconscious blocks that come in the form of fears and negative beliefs about oneself, which limit an individual’s ability to achieve forward progress. These beliefs create patterns of self-sabotage and defeat due to repetitive programming. Through hypnosis, we change limited thinking to positive and healthy thoughts which reinforces healthy habits and patterns of living. I offer a calming, healing, confidential environment built on trust and personalised solutions which will help you to achieve your goals and the outcome you desire.

 BOOK A FREE CONSULTATION

The first step to working together is to book a consultation. These are done via zoom and are 30 minutes long, and are completely free.

RECEIVE A RECOMMENDATION

After the consultation, I will provide you with a recommended package of sessions based on  your specific goal(s).

WORKING TOGETHER

We will meet virtually or in-person every fortnight (2 weeks) until your session package is completed. You will receive recordings of your hypnosis and homework prompts are to be completed between sessions to get the desired outcome.
